Patricia Irvine

Patricia has many years of professional life coaching experience. She works to a high standard of excellence, which serves to enhance the uniqueness of both Individuals and Corporate Structures. Her coaching and training programmes both motivate and support her clients in visualizing, achieving and maintaining competitive goals. She is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Corporate Stress Consultant who will utilize a variety of techniques using her considerable intuitive skills to empower people and Corporate Organizations.

Rog Coulson

LL.B (Hons), BA(Music)(Hons)

Rog, an ex-barrister and senior government lawyer was Chairman of one of the first London Housing Associations. His legal practice included many years of advising and assisting various Departments of Government including Trade, Industry, the Lord Chancellor's Department, Health, Social Security and the Census Office. As well as Court Advocacy and holding Secretary of States' Inquiries, he devised and delivered many in-house workshops on subjects as diverse as Employment Law, Census Enforcement, Workplace Health/Safety and various aspects of Criminal Legislation. After a career change to study music at Dartington he is now an established composer and performer, bringing to the team a mature and eclectic background of working with a wide variety of groups and individuals. His considerable creative input is greatly valued in addition to unique people skills, governmental and corporate experience.

Eileen Robertson

M.A. (Hons), M.Phil., M.Sc., Cert. TESOL

Eileen specialises in promoting effective communication skills as a means of building confidence and enabling individuals to make the most of themselves in both their personal and professional lives. With extensive experience of one to one and group work she is highly practised in working with individuals to assess, analyse and evaluate their needs and to construct programmes that are designed to promote independent thinking and ultimately the goal of self actualization. She is a certified Rickter Scale practitioner and uses her guidance and counselling skills to motivate people to achieve their full potential.

An innovative leader of people and teams, she also has considerable expertise in project and event management, conducting government funded research within the workplace to establish methods of enhancing services to clients, and has presented at a number of national conferences. In addition, through her role as a trainer, she has devised and successfully delivered many in-house courses in continuing professional development for corporate organizations.
