What are Archetypes?
An Archetype is an inner guide, which presents us with the deep structure for our experience, motivation and meaning. These Archetypes aid us on our own unique journey. They help us to discover our personal motivations and what gives our lives, brands and business their unique meaning. We encounter Archetypes in a variety of ways, some of the most common through advertising, art, literature, television and the cinema. They invoke a variety of responses that decide how we think and act.
The Aims
We run two courses, one for individuals and another for Organisations. Creative Coaching Training and Development uses the Person-Marr Archetype Indicator (PMAI) for individuals and the Organisational and Team Culture Indicator (OTCI) for Organisations to enable you to:
- Discover twelve key stages in human development, each with its own lesson, task and gift
- Understand yourself and others by identifying the different, and sometimes contradictory, themes that shape our lives.
- Uncover the deepest motivations in your life
- Replace limiting patterns with wonderful opportunities
- Understand your own profile and how it fits in with your Organisation or Team culture, supporting you in becoming a more effective leader or team player.
